ABOUT JEFF

BeauBuilt Construction was founded by Jeff Beauchamp in 2011 and is a full-service general contracting company.  Jeff is a North Carolina Licensed General Contractor and brings a background of experience in local government and work for residential and commercial contractors.  His first experience in home building was in high school working for an area contractor.  Watching piles of materials being turned into beautiful homes made an impact on Jeff's life.  After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill with a Biology degree, Jeff worked in a water-quality laboratory and then for Davie County as an Environmental Health Specialist.  He continued construction-related work through remodeling of his family's home, a 1930's-era house that his grandfather built.  Following 11 years in local government, Jeff left to work as a superintendent in residential construction and then for a commercial contractor.  He then began to work for himself and later founded BeauBuilt.  Since that time, his primary work has been additions and remodeling.   Jeff says, “I like to work on projects that people will use.  It's really satisfying to visit someone after a project is completed and see how they've made it theirs-their home.”   Jeff is married to Susannah and has two children, Jacob and Elizabeth.
